More detail about how to contact us if you are still unsure
Because we take your privacy very seriously, we will be processing your
request on a secure
server (secure.site-4u.com).
As we also want to make it easy for you to get back to this site your
request will create a new window for you to see the results which you can then
close to bring you back here.
To use the form - please key details above and then click on the
Submit key at the bottom of the form to conclude.
When choosing the type of request from the Selection box note that the
first option will show our e'Mail address, Telephone number
or other contact details.
The choices are:
- Display our contact details - eMail, Telephone etc.
you then don't need to key anything else - JUST CLICK ON "Send Request"
- Us to call you - please give at least your 'phone number
and name of who we should ask for when ringing
- Request Information from us - please give your e'Mail address
above and then the details of your request
- Request our Action - please
give details of what you want done. Please quote any reference numbers
that are relevant and who we should contact (and how) to confirm the action
- Complaint - please give us as much detail as possible.
Include account and invoice numbers if known.
Obviously we will want investigate this and would like your contact details
to assist that process.
- Report Abuse - e.g. SPAM eMail you think came from us.
We take privacy very seriously and will not knowingly be the culprit.
If someone has been deceptive enough to pretend to be ourselves or
to be you enquiring about our products and services then please
report as much of the facts as you feel able to divulge and we will
investigate if there are ways we can prevent this happening to you again.
- Report a technical "Bug" - please give as much detail as you can
and in particular what sort of PC software you are using - eg. AOL on
Windows XP.
- Report errors in content (or layout) of our site -
please report it as you have seen it. Bear in mind that different
browsers (e.g. AOL, Opera, NetScape and versions of MS Explorer)
may portray some page effects slightly differently but our intent is
always to use "standard" ways of displaying each page.
If your screen is unusually large (or small!) then we may not be able to
create a site that looks well-formatted because each page has certain content
which has to fit on what is the smallest 'normal' screen size.
Although we will TRY to support monitors of just 640 pixels wide
(as at Feb 2009) we regard 800px as the narrowest in common usage.
- You to call us -
you then don't need to key anything else - JUST CLICK ON "Send Request"
- Other - give details above,
including what you would like done if relevant
If the above list doesn't meet your needs or it isn't clear which option to
take then please choose the last from the list ('Other') and help us understand
how we can improve this web page.
*** Security and privacy - good enough to stop SPAMmers but maybe not governmental agencies
To keep your details (and ours!) out of the hands of SPAMmers we use
a secure link provided by our hosting company
(secure.site-4u.com) to process
your input and we process your input as stated in Your privacy policy.
HOWEVER - be aware that although this link is easily adequate to protect
your e-mail address from SPAMmers, all that you input on this page
(or any e-mail sent from a PC) will become part of a
locally-addressed e-mail (see below) and that all ordinary e-mails sent
over the Internet are fundamentally less secure than this secure link.
The root of most privacy concerns about e-mails stem from the fact
that e-mails can and will persist (even if you think *deleted*!)
for several, and possibly many years due to
governmental requirements of ISPs (Internet Service Provider).
Even if your e-mails are not being retrieved by a government agent,
bear in mind that staff at all ISPs - of senders and recipients - may have
access to backup archives of millions of e-mails that could in future years
be analysed for any information useful to the holder and that is unlikely to
be an act they take in the best interests of the e-mail senders or recipients!
In short, please take the advice shown
above, reproduced here:
Please do not
key anything on this page (or in any e-mail to us) that is sensitive,
personal or confidential because an e-mail will be sent containing
that text and it is possible that could be intercepted or at
least viewed by people other than the intended recipient ***
